Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a part, and want to return it, you must contact our sales Department BEFORE returning any merchandise. You will be given a RGA # (Return Goods Authorization) which MUST be in the outside of the package.
We will accept the return of any part, provided it is unused, not damaged and is in its original package, and returned with a copy of the invoice within 30 days.
All returns without an RGA # will be refused and returned to the sender. NO refunds or credits will be given after 30 days of purchase.
Missing or damaged parts should be reported within 2 days of delivery.
Do not return goods to us C.O.D., they will be refused and sent back to the sender.
A 20% restock fee charge on all parts returned.
Allow at least 30 days to process merchandise returns. All credits will be applied Toward future purchases unless prior arrangements have been made with our accounting department.
NO RETURNS OF SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
No shipping and handling charges will be credited on return parts.
Online Shopping Process
Before you place an order with Jannetty Racing, please take a moment to read over this page. Jannetty Racing will do everything in it's power to make your purchase a successful one. However, keep in mind that there may be an instance where a problem with item stock and/or the information you have given is incorrect. (I.E. A credit card number) In this case we will contact you A.S.A.P. to inform you of the problem/situation.

How to use the On-Line Shopping System:
- When you wish to purchase a product click on the corresponding "Purchase Button" to that item. (See Figure 1)
A new window will open and display the details for that product. Click on the "add to basket" button, and adjust the quantity you wish to purchase. (See Figure 2)
- If you wish to purchase another item close out the window and repeat the process for the next item. The items currently in your shopping basket will be "held" for 1 hour while you shop.
- When you are ready to "checkout" simply click on the "checkout button" (See Figure 1) and you will be prompted on how to proceed from there*.
*Note if you still have the "second window" open (Figure 2) you can just click on the checkout button in the upper right hand corner and continue with the checkout process. If you are still having trouble you can call us at 203-753-7223 and we will be happy to assist you.
